Tip of the Day

Keep a log of your mileage, plan out what you intend to run for a period of time and keep a list of your upcoming races with the log. This will help you maintain your focus and stay on track.

djrun: I am a rising senior and ready to start on my senior project. As an avid runner for my school, I have won titles such as runner of the year in cross country and track. I hold 2 school records (5k and 1600) and working on the 3200. As my senior project, I have founded a local running club and am organizing a 5k to raise money for clubs and charities.
